As part of economic empowerment, Heraa Community Development Association completed vocational training for 120 young women and men in light maintenance, hospitality, and basic digital skills.
The cycle mixed classroom and workshop practice, then job interviews with local employers. Several graduates secured paid internships or part-time work within the first month.
Sponsoring one trainee covers tools, insurance, and training — support via education programs or general donations.
