As temperatures dropped, Heraa Community Development Association launched the Warm Winter campaign to protect children and families from harsh cold. Within two weeks our field teams reached more than 800 families across three areas, distributing blankets, coats, wool socks, and essentials.
The campaign began with a social survey using published criteria: household size, children under five, elderly members, and lack of stable income. Neighborhood committees helped verify cases before distribution.
How donors helped
About QAR 150 clothes two children for winter. We published daily summaries of beneficiary counts and covered areas, with documented photos from distribution points.
